The ECAM-4 version V2.32 supports the SH-motors of the series SH-055 through SH-205. The servo drive MC-4 1.5A is also considered in ECAM.
The used motion laws are newly structured and revised in accordance with VDI 2143. All boundary conditions and motion laws were adapted accordingly.

Using SH-motors as substitutes for SM-motors and application of PacDrive MC-4 / 1.5A

The servo drive MC4-1,5A was especially designed for the SH 055. This enables us to also provide a powerful, finely harmonized drive / motor combination for lower range torques. PacDrive BT-4/ENC1
BT-4/ENC1 is an extension of the master encoder for the PacDrive controllers C200 and C400 through P600. Each module features two master encoder inputs and one incremental encoder in- / output. The two master encoder inputs can be configured optionally as incremental- or SinCos-inputs. Up to 4 modules can be operated on one PacNet connection, also in combination with a BT-4/DIO1 module. Furthermore, BT-4/ENC1 is equipped with an automatic SinCos encoder detection (terminated connectors), zero track detection and track monitoring.
